Blessa’s Cake and Treats is run by the duo of Blessa and Joseph Victorio. Located in Barangay Caranglaan in Dagupan City, Blessa’s best sellers include their yema roll cake, chocolate roll cake, blueberry cheesecake, and ube cake. What makes their cakes special is the absence of any added preservatives, so one can be sure that all their ingredients are made fresh.

The Victorios previously owned a bakeshop in Baguio City named “Silverio’s.” In 2016, Joseph was able to persuade his wife Blessa to open another bakeshop in Dagupan City. The business has also become a family affair with the Victorios’ children having their own duties in running the bakeshop. Jonathan, who has a background in Information Technology, is the designated social media manager, while Rianna is the assigned food photographer.
