San Fabian
A six-hectare lot in Barangay Lekep Butao in San Fabian that is home to almost 6,000 calamansi trees, Calamansian ed Lekep Butao has been around since the 1980s. Today, it sits as a go-to tourism destination in the whole town.
No less than Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat, DOT R1 Director Jeff Ortega, and Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary Evelyn Launa have visited this place. The farm will soon offer a “Pick-and-Pay” experience for its visitors where customers can roam around the six-hectare farm and pick calamansi on their own, while enjoying snacks such as calamansi crinkles and calamansi juice.
