Panaderia Antonio is a well-known homegrown bakery in Dagupan. The bakery is owned by Jong and Tony Seen, the couple behind other known brands such as Bruno’s Barbers, Cilantro, and Plato Wraps. You can also see their business name Panaderia Antonio selling in different parts of Dagupan and also in the malls of Pangasinan.
Panaderia Antonio first opened its doors to the public in 2005 when the first branch was built along the borders of Calasiao and Barangay Malued in Dagupan. Today, the owners’ son Luis Seen, having trained in the College of Saint Benilde and in the San Francisco Baking Institute, prepares the Panaderia’s artisanal breads. The bakery doesn't use preservatives in their process to promote nutritious alternatives for the kabaleyans, which has given them the title of being an honest to goodness community bakery.
Over the years, their best sellers have emerged to be; burger don (Php285), Kare-Kare (Php395), Supreme Pizza (Php475), Pancit Sotanghon (Php195) and their Sizzling Sisig for (Php270). One of their secret menus is “Sisig ni Luis”, a sisig that features their special lechon kawali.
