The fourth district of Pangasinan is home to some of the most beautiful, breathtaking, and spectacular tourism destinations and experiences in Northern Luzon, as well as the most savory and delicious restaurants and eateries that will leave an indelible mark on your palate. It is comprised of the pilgrimage town of Manaoag, the eco-adventure town of San Fabian, the agri-industrial towns of Mangaldan and San Jacinto, and the highly urbanized coastal city of Dagupan. It is currently represented by Congressman Toff de Venecia, a known champion and advocate of agriculture, tourism, small businesses, and the Philippine Creative Industries.
