Pangasinan prides itself as a melting pot of different agricultural products that are both familiar and new for most Filipinos. Among those agricultural products are fruits that are not native in our landscape. With the vast greenery, lined-up dragon fruit plants, and that amazing scent of freshly-picked dragon fruits along with the farm ambience that gives you the provincial life feels, the Fortune Dragon Farm is surely a tourist spot to visit! The Fortune Dragon Farm is located in Brgy. San Juan, San Jacinto, Pangasinan – home to dozens upon dozens of dragon fruit-bearing plants, all lined up and carefully tended to. Dragon fruit, also known as pitaya or pitahaya, is a product of a cactus species common in the Americas, and is known to have a glowing, violet color with little soft spikes. Its inside is commonly violet or white, dotted with many dragon fruit seeds. Dragon fruit is known to have antioxidants to eliminate toxins from the body, and has high amounts of fiber which is good for digestive health. Not only does the Fortune Dragon Farm produce dragon fruit, it also harvests different kinds of local produce like mangoes, watermelons, and other scrumptious fruits that will surely fulfill your fruit cravings. Fortune Dragon Farm gives you a Farmville-like, countryside experience that refreshes your senses from the stress of daily life.
